Complete check-up

The Association provides a subsidy to cover a portion of the cost when an insured person undergoes a complete check-up. (The individual to be examined is responsible for costs not covered by the subsidy.)
If you have any questions, contact the person responsible for health insurance (e.g., General Affairs, HR Development) at your workplace (“section responsible at your employer” hereinafter).

Eligible persons

Insured persons aged 35 or older at the end of the fiscal year (once/year)
Insured persons aged 30-34 at the end of the fiscal year (once during the five-year period of eligibility)

Eligibility for examination

Insured persons who have been covered by health insurance for at least six months

Examining institutions

Medical care institutions under contract to the Health Insurance Association (check with the section responsible at your employer)

Examination cost

If the examination cost at a contracted institution is 45,000 yen or less: Your copayment is 5,000 yen.
If the examination cost at a contracted institution is 45,001 yen or more: Your copayment is (examination cost − 40,000) yen.

How to get examined

  1. STEP1The individual to be examined makes an appointment directly with the examining institution. (Be sure to tell the examining institution that you are an insured person under the IHG ANA Hotels Health Insurance Association.)
  2. STEP2After the application from the examinee (insured person) reaches the Health Insurance Association, the Health Insurance Association will send a "complete check-up examination ticket" to the section responsible at your employer.
    Note that the deadline for applying with the Health Insurance Association is two weeks before the check-up date.
    Please confirm the above before applying, and then apply from "contracted institution complete check-ups."

  3. STEP3Obtain the complete check-up examination ticket from the section responsible at your employer.
  4. STEP4Check the information sent from the examining institution.
  5. STEP5When you visit the examining institution on the examination date, submit the complete check-up examination ticket and make your copayment for the examination cost.
