Vaccinations
The Health Insurance Association provides subsidies for vaccinations for influenza and other diseases. Use this subsidy program to maintain your health.

- ①At your establishment or a contracted medical care institution of your establishment
- ②Medical care institutions in Japan providing vaccination services
Examination cost
The subsidy covers one-half of the cost of one vaccination/year per individual.
If the above amount exceeds 2,000 yen, the subsidy is 2,000 yen.
How to get examined
- ①If you are vaccinated at your establishment or a medical care institution that has contracted with your establishment, follow the instructions provided by your establishment.

②If vaccinated at a medical care institution in Japan providing vaccination services
- (1)The individual receives the vaccination after applying directly to the medical care institution.
- (2)The individual pays the full cost of the vaccination up front, then submits the receipt to the section responsible at his or her employer.
*Make sure the receipt indicates what kind of vaccination. - (3)The establishment will pay the subsidy.
